With COVID-19 affecting so much of daily life, our team at Maine Media Federal Credit Union wants to reassure you that we are committed to being here for you – just like we always are. Our goal is to ensure the credit union services you depend on remain unaffected by the spread of the virus in our region, and we are working hard to make that happen. Your banking should continue to be easy, convenient, and available to you wherever you are and whenever you need it.

Our only request of our members is that if you have been exposed to someone showing symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are not feeling well, that you remain home and contact your doctor. The best way to limit the spread of this disease is to avoid human-to-human interaction with people who may be infected.

We also can serve you remotely through our online banking. Using these tools, you can check balances, transfer funds, make bill payments, and request checks—all from the comfort of home. If you have not yet created an online banking account, you easily can enroll on Mainemedia.com.  If you have questions about setting up online banking give us a call at 774-4307 and we can help walk you through this process.

Please remember we are available by phone to help you with your needs.  We can mail checks to you or make transfers for you our number is 774-4307.

If you would like an ATM card please let us know and we can email you the application.  We belong the SURF network, the largest surcharge-free ATM network in Maine with over 265 locations.

The health and wellbeing of our staff and members will always be our highest priority. So, while our office will remain open at this time, we will continue to monitor recommendations from the World Health Organization and both the state and federal Centers for Disease Control. In the meantime, Maine Media Federal Credit Union is taking several precautionary measures to ensure our office remain a safe environment, including enhanced cleaning of high-touch surfaces. Our staff is following all hygiene protocols pertaining to handwashing and use of hand sanitizers, and staff that have any form of exposure to COVID-19 or who are not feeling well, will be asked to stay home and seek medical care.
