Free Credit Reports
The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, reports that consumers nationwide are now eligible for three FREE annual credit reports. Every year you can request a FREE credit report from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting companies - Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACTA) requires nationwide credit reporting agencies to annually provide free copies to all consumers requesting a copy of their credit report.
